Developing learning resources/materials to meet individual learner needs, you must assess student progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets

They are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, a relevant degree and successful teaching experience / practice.

Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.

You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
