Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Technician to join their well-established team. The right candidate will have experience of installing and commissioning CNC machinery and be multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias. Experience of working on CNC machines essential preferably within woodwork.
Main duties:
Installation, commissioning and training on a range of CNC machinery products
Carry out all aspects of electrical and mechanical breakdowns and repairs
The successful CNC Servcie Technician will have:
A good working knowledge and experience of Electrical and Mechanical engineering with strong fault finding ability
An autonomous and methodical approach to work
Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills are a must, as you will be representing the company whilst working at customer sites and training staff on the use of the machinery
The company will provide training on all its products and as the Service Technician, you will also gain extensive knowledge by shadowing existing Technicians. Additional training will be provided in Europe for the right Engineer.
In return, the company is offering a basic salary of GBP28k with an OTE of GBP40k, plus paid overtime and pension. 30 days holiday based at average 3 months earnings, including stats and Christmas, company car, laptop, tablet, phone and PPE.
