Recognised as one of the market leaders in the design and planning industry our client are currently looking to expand their UK offices by offering an exciting Senior Town Planner position in their Bristol office. As a company, they are known for their training, the project delivery as well as the career opportunities that they offer.
The role will be to work on various projects that are currently live across the UK as well as being the lead on new developments and following the whole planning process from inception through to completion. All sectors will be covered therefore knowledge of areas such as Residential, Retail, Housing, Heritage and Conservation would all be beneficial. All work will be in line with RTPI legislation and you will also be able to act as a mentor to other members of staff.
To apply you will need to be a Town Planner currently either from within the Public or Private sector. Ideally, with a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, you will demonstrate a track record in leading projects as well as either obtained or be working towards your RTPI full membership. Ideally, you will drive in order to make getting to the client site as easy as possible.
