M&E Technician
A slightly unusual role, we are looking for someone to work within a local (Leeds) estates department to help the team transfer M&E (heating, ventilation, air-con and electrical) assets from building plans and O&M manuals to a spreadsheet in preparation for them moving to a full asset management system.
This role will see you working in a modern and airy office with a friendly and relaxed team reviewing the paperwork, identifying equipment and then listing it, and its location.
The contract is for approximately 10 weeks and is a full time role.
It is essential when applying that you have knowledge of building services engineering; you could be a graduate engineer, CAD Technician, have a maintenance or projects background - it is that open.
The key thing is that you are happy to work in a desk based role and that you are comfortable working with IT systems and using excel spreadsheets.
This is an immediate start position, so it is important that if you have a notice period to serve, it is no longer than one week.
