Home Sales Executive

My client is a family run housebuilding Contractor, who work regionally on 2 - 5 bed homes. As a result of taking on new developments in the Bradford area, they are currently looking to recruit a Home Sales Executive with a background in the housebuilding sector to work with them on a permanent basis.

You will be working on a development in Bradford; so the ability to drive is essential.

As a Home Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Manager consistently hit and beat your targets set by the sales management team. You will be responsible for:

Liaising with both Site Personnel and potential buyers
Presenting the show homes to the highest professional standard
Promoting the development
Working across different sites to company needs
Selling units from plot through to completion

This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Sales Executive, who has a proven track record in a targeted sales environment preferably face to face.

You must have a full driving licence, as travel will be required to sites.

The salary on offer is up to GBP23k + commission
