Head of Business Analysis

Our client is a highly regarded successful global finance company based in the Thames Valley just west of the M25. They are going through an ambitious programme of change and we are looking for an experienced Head of Business Analysis to lead and facilitate these changes.

Role Responsibilities

• A trusted advisor with the ability to support stakeholders and lead a team to help identify change initiatives, achieve board approval and deliver across the organisation within an agreed timescale
• Responsible for maintaining quality standards for documentation and artefacts delivered by the team and responsible for managing within an agreed budget
• Working closely with business stakeholders, Portfolio Management and Transformation teams to manage the full scope of business change
• Manage risk by implementing good governance, ensuring quality and coverage of non-functional requirements for business change initiatives
• Demonstrable experience of Agile Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe) to enhance delivery and improve quality
• Manage and develop a team with coaching, individual development and performance management

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills & an accomplished problem solver
• Accomplished team manager with several years of success leading specialist teams in BPM, Business Change, Quality Management or Business Analysis
• Minimum of 3 years Business Analysis experience within Auto Finance/Financial Services would be preferable
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Agile Scrum and SAFe qualifications an advantage
• BCS Business Analysis Diploma, Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis, Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt an Advantage
