Technical Services Team Leader
My Client is currently hiring a Technical Services Team Leader to join their team! The role comes with numerous bonuses including a performance bonus of up to 5% basic salary, a generous holiday allowance and Life Assurance of 3.5x your salary.
- Monitoring and actioning as necessary, ensuring focus is maintained on costs control
- Carrying out necessary administration according to operational procedures
- Actioning and managing customer concerns
- Assisting and supporting the Accident Management and technical services department
- Supervising and managing team members in accordance with company values and policies
The ideal candidate:
- Professional attitude and manner when dealing with colleagues and clients alike
- In depth knowledge of Fleet Management services and client management
- Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure whilst hitting targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages (including Word and Excel) and capable of learning new systems as required
