HR Specialist working for large investment banking business with stakeholder engagement experience
6 Month contract
Working for this large investment management corporation in the heart of Oxfordshire, we are looking for highly experienced HR expert to come on board for a 6 month Fixed-term contract. As their HR Specialist you will provide excellent service to the business by delivering efficient and effective generalist HR support to employees and managers, in support of the work delivered by the HR Business Partners
You will establish relationships with employees and managers within designated business functions, becoming the point person for answering questions relating to policies, processes, systems management and work in partnership with the HR BPs with on matters such as redundancies, absence management, department restructuring.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate HR experience in advising employees and managers on the application of policies, process and risk.
You will be able to demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders in a global Matrix organisation and have technical HR knowledge across the broad spectrum of the HR functions such as compensation, benefits, organizational development, people development, talent acquisition, employee relations.
A second language such as Italian/French would be desirable, but being CIPD qualified is preferred
