Your new company

Based in Renfrewshire, our client is recruiting for a Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work as part of a small team and you will be responsible for a range of finance tasks. Duties will include (but are not limited to); invoicing, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, bank reconciliations, payment runs, journals and general associated tasks. The IT system used is Sage.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of Sage is preferred but not essential. You must also have proven, successful diverse finance experience and have dealt with both purchase and sales ledger. A personable and professional manner both in person and on the telephone is required as you will liaise daily with colleagues and clients.
