Estates Surveyor, Charity Sector, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, GBP40,000 per annum, North Kent or Birmingham

Estates Surveyor, GBP30-GBP40k, Mixed Portfolio, North Kent or Birmingham Office, 12 month FTC

My client is seeking an experience Estates Surveyor to manage a mixed portfolio of 200 properties. You will looking after a variety of properties including shops, residential homes, care homes, colleges, resource centres and commercial buildings.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the drive and ambition to do well and is hungry for success. The successful candidate will be a qualified surveyor with experience in lease event work including: renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions and day to day property management.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, this role would suit someone with experience within a mixed portfolio Estate management environment and is looking for a fast moving, challenging and varied position.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach with keen negotiation skills. You must be assertive and have the ability to communicate effectively and be extremely organised My client is looking for an enthusiastic, committed team player to join their highly motivated Estates Team who is looking for a fast moving, challenging and varied position.

In return you will receive a package of between GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 (dependent on experience), contributory pension and health care.
