Summary

In this new role you'll look for creative ways to engage people across the Trust with our approach to brand identity and marketing communications.

You'll play a key role in creating and delivering the tools, systems, guidance, workshops and conferences needed to share brand identity and marketing communications best practice within the Trust.

You'll work with colleagues across the Trust to strengthen links between central and regional teams, resulting in more effective application of our brand identity and marketing communications.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of circa GBP28,500k. Benefits include a health cash plan, contributory pension of up to 10% and flexible working. What you'll be doing

You'll gather, curate and share best practice across the National Trust design, marketing and communications community. You'll be key to delivery of online tools, guidance, workshops and conferences required for capturing and sharing guidance and best practice in National Trust brand identity, marketing and communications.

You'll create and maintain accurate content that's exceptionally easy to navigate on National Trust platforms for brand identity, marketing and communications such as the Marketing Academy and brand centre. You'll use your initiative and collaboration with colleagues to devise new engaging ways of providing what's needed, resulting in easier and more effective application of our brand identity, marketing and communications.

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a communications, marketing or media environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
  • Ability to build effective, organisation-wide relationships
  • Ability to support managers in their decision making through provision and communication of insight
  • Experience organising events and workshops
  • Empathy with the aims of the National Trust with a genuine interest in the work of the Trust
