Head of Marketing, Huntingdon -
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team full of driven individuals in their Cambridgeshire-based head office. You will have an innovative mindset paired with a multitude of senior marketing management experience within financial services to enable yourself, your team and our client's business to thrive.
Reporting to the MD, as Head of Marketing, you will call upon your passion for successful marketing and boundless knowledge pool to develop and implement a host of business- and consumer-focussed strategies across the wider business - utilising a winning combination of multichannel campaigns to generate leads and improve customer journeys. As previously mentioned, you will act as a mentor to your team, enabling them to develop and flourish within their individual roles and as a whole. You will champion collaborative working across the team - not afraid to be hands on in your approach where needed.
For this role, you will need extensive experience across the full marketing mix, including digital, public relations and events; and will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent (for example, ACIM). You will also be an outstanding communicator on all levels, with the ability to adapt your tone and methods dependant on your audience.
