Our client is a leading customer experience agency. Reporting to our client's Strategy Director, the focus of the role is to research and lead research to develop insights, strategic opportunities and direction for new business approaches, pitches and client projects.
- You will support the focus and targeting strategy of our client and leverage your knowledge of retail and hospitality industry insight and global market and cultural trends to underpin the development of differentiated brand and experience propositions.
- You will work closely with our client's strategic, creative or client services project lead, new business teams and client on projects, on supporting customer-led: brand definition and creation, retail and hospitality experience creation, commercial and innovation opportunities for clients
- You will lead on writing, shaping and presenting presentation-ready reports to client teams to engage and support standalone strategy pieces and strategy stages for design-led projects.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate with agency experience of strategy for retail design. We are not looking for someone who has brand strategy or strategy at ad/marketing agencies. You'l be:-
