About the role and team

As a secretary in the Property team you will support fee earners to ensure that these standards are achieved by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Your previous experience, together with being highly organised and proactive in the management of correspondence, telephone calls and financial information, will help you build trust and rapport with the fee earners you support, others within the firm, and our clients.

About the candidate

The role requires secretarial experience and advanced level IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) together with familiarity in other IT systems such as digital dictation. You will be used to manipulating and amending large documents in a busy property department of a legal firm. You will also have a confident manner, excellent organisation, diary management and communication skills.
