Key Responsibilities:

?? Use sales, business development, marketing
techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies

?? Promote Aspire services to employers to
establish a solid employer base.

?? Secure employer visits and generate vacancy
opportunities from employer base and new business.

?? Identify new sales leads to develop new business
to include cold calling, client visits, marketing material and referrals.

?? Establish and maintain current accounts with
employers to develop new business.

?? Provide a consultative service to employers and
candidates and refer to relevant services within the group where appropriate to
maximise income.

?? Maximise candidate attraction via various
resources to include advertising vacancies, liaising with internal and external
partners, utilising social media resources such as LinkedIn, Twitter and

?? Manage the day to day duties of your dedicated
Resourcer (review the candidates identified, give feedback, set targets etc.)

?? Headhunting - identifying and approaching
suitable candidates who may already be in work

?? Compile suitable adverts to attract candidates
to vacancies generated.

?? Undertake a job matching function to ascertain
suitability of candidate skills against job vacancy

?? Conduct interviews with suitable candidates to
submit to employers.

?? Follow up on any referrals received and attend
networking events to maximise new business opportunities.

?? Manage a caseload of active/inactive candidates
and deal with HR related issues in a professional and timely manner.

?? Ensure all paperwork is completed, complying
with Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) standards and internal
policies and procedures.

?? Update and maintain databases accurately to
ensure all activity is recorded.

?? Production of management information reports and
reporting on activity and progress.

?? Develop and maintain effective relationships
with key partners and agencies in order to generate a flow of appropriate
candidates and generate new business.

?? The Recruitment and Placement Consultant will be
expected to generate a surplus of GBP8k each month to meet target.

maintaining relationships with customers.

?? Recruitment processes and procedures.

?? Employment legislation as applied to recruitment
agencies (eligibility to work, AWR etc.)

recruitment industry.
