The Badenoch + Clark Team are proud to be working in partnership with an established Charity based in South London to appoint their Senior Trusts Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their thriving Team at a time of exciting growth for the charity.
In this role you will be reporting to the Trust and Statutory Income manager. This is a role that requires flexibility and a can do attitude as you will be required to visit several sites building relationships with local teams.
The principal duties of this role are:-
*Building relationships, multiyear partnerships and income from existing trusts and foundations
*Managing the Trust's coordinator role, setting goals and target, ensuring they meet them
*Researching, developing and maintaining new relationships to secure funding
*Writing tailored, inspirational applications and project reports addressing grant-making priorities or requirements as specified
*Developing and maintaining reports and application systems with regional offices
*Collaborating with senior managers and teams to plan and develop the strongest possible proposals
To succeed in this role you will have:-
*Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing a trust fundraising programme, including acquisition, retention and development
*Proven record of securing high level (six figure) grants from Trusts and other grant making bodies
*Demonstrable ability to develop relationships with grant-making organisations
