EMEA Payroll Specialist
GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + Excellent Benefits + International travel
Based in Berkshire

My client, a leading, international organisation with a dominant presence in their industry, are seeking an experienced and proactive EMEA Payroll Specialist with strong payroll and benefits knowledge and excellent Excel skills to join their team.

Purpose of the role
As EMEA Payroll Specialist, your role will focus on providing first-class payroll support to the HR department, enabling the team to achieve their targets and meet their responsibilities. You will do this by identifying and implementing payroll improvement processes and demonstrating a clear understanding of all aspects of payroll (UK & EMEA) along with previous experience in managing outsourced payroll suppliers.Duties:

- Responsible for the end to end payroll processing of EMEA payrolls
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Review data feeds from HR system, ensuring fixed data changes are made in the payroll system and data remains consistent across the two systems
- Work closely with the payroll vendor and other third parties to ensure a smooth monthly process
- Administer employees' benefits including liaison with relevant suppliers
- Provide payroll and benefits reports to HR and Finance
- Maintain the internal Payroll Procedures manual, updating any changes in process and documenting new processes
- Respond to complex payroll questions from cross-functional departments and employees, escalating as needed
