Customer Service Apprenticeship

Here at EasyWeb Group, we have built a nifty piece of software to manage job applications. In fact - if you apply for this role, you will be one of thousands of people across the UK that use it every day.

What will you be doing?

Once you have settled into the role and are fully trained on our systems, you will be helping our clients both via email and over the phone; setting them up on brand new systems and tailoring them to suit their needs.

You will also be talking them through how to use certain features, resolving simple technical issues raised and escalating when needed. From time to time you will be helping colleagues across the business with technical issues too! (This means you will be very popular)

If you have not worked in a customer support role before this may sound super complicated - but it really isn't! And you will be very well trained and backed by your colleagues. A great opportunity for someone interested in a career in technical support.

Salary: GBP9k (apprenticeship) plus generous holiday entitlement, free parking, free fruit, refreshments and sheep. And if you stay with us when your apprenticeship ends, your salary will increase to the national living wage (currently GBP17,500 a year)

Location: Strixton, Northants (We have staff from: Bedford, Olney, Kettering, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, Rushden etc.)

We are based in rural Northamptonshire so you will need a car to get to us; although we are near Wollaston there are no buses in Strixton (just a farm, a couple of cottages, a church and quite a few sheep. And our offices of course).

Skills you need:

You will be on the phone a lot - so being fluent in English is essential. And you need to be able to write well, although we will teach you how to compose a great email! Being ace at problem solving would also come in handy ??
