Becoming an Enforcement Agent with Ross and Roberts:


Full-time employed Enforcement Agent roles available

Basic salary GBP27,600 with uncapped commission
Locations across the UK including London and Birmingham (homebased)

Our enforcement services provide a comprehensive range of civil and high court collection, recovery and enforcement services. As one of the leaders in our field, we receive up to 25,000 new cases per week, meaning that there is plenty of opportunity for you to maximise your workload with quality cases and, in turn, significantly boost your monthly take-home.

What you will do:

  • As an Enforcement Agent you will travel to various addresses within your local area, executing Court orders and obtaining payment.

  • In some instances, you will be required to facilitate the taking control of goods to the value of the debt, carry out enquiries in to the whereabouts of potential absconders or conclude cases by collecting payment.

  • Once a case has been enforced, the Enforcement Agent oversees payments received, managing the use of receipts and other required documents.

  • Reporting will be a key element to the role, ensuring that company devices and databases are as up to date and accurate as possible and completed within the agreed timescales - in-line with client expectations

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Current Full UK Driving License
  • Communication skills are absolutely key to the success of an Enforcement Agent, showing a natural ability negotiate where required and explain details of the outstanding debt clearly and concisely.

  • You will need to maintain a level-head when dealing with conflict, carrying yourself with confidence and assertion but maintaining a level of professionalism when executing warrants or dealing with members of the public.

  • Further to this, the ability to report accurately is crucial, displaying superb attention to detail, good numerical competency and strong writing skills.

  • You will also need to show strong initiative when working independently, managing workload, planning your day in advance and route-mapping where necessary.
