Does working for a successful Management Consultancy as a Project Manager (with a difference) sound like something you're hungry for? You'll be working with top FTSE 100 clients and delivering high quality work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a fantastic and truly unique culture.
With people at the heart of everything they think and do both internally and externally, this consultancy is committed to helping clients focus on transformation by reinventing their business and behaviours.
As Project Manager, working with some top FTSE 100 companies, you'll be coordinating projects and training programmes for clients and working closely with your team and collaborating with other areas of the organisation. This is definitely not a desk-bound job and no two days are the same in this role; from sourcing venues and stimulus for a client insight project and designing mood boards for a presentation, to keeping track of project costs and managing clients' expectations, variety is key to this role.
If you're passionate about big business and are itching to disrupt the way business looks today, you could be just the person this hugely successful consultancy is looking for.
As Project Manager, you'll be working with top talent, an impressive client list and in a consultancy where YOU really matter and your development both personally and in your career are at the forefront of what this company is all about.
Working at the centre of the project teams, expect to work autonomously, own the process, be yourself, be listened to and trusted. You'll need to immerse yourself in each and every project you work on, always bring your A game and turn strategy into reality.
The ideal candidate will have previous proven experience working on logistically complex projects in a creative or consulting/client-facing environment working to create client impact in big businesses. This is something you will be really passionate about and able to demonstrate at interview.
Personality is key to working for this organisation, so if you're passionate about people and business, are driven, outgoing and have a real go-getter attitude (without being competitive with colleagues), you'll fit right in.
You must have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint as you need to be a whizz at putting together PowerPoint presentations when needed! If logistics, project management, building client relationships and working in a buzzy, fast-paced environment and expecting the unexpected all sound rather exciting to you, this could be the role for you.
This is a really fantastic opportunity to work for a company who value their staff and offer amazing company benefits. If you have relevant experience as a Project Manager and you're looking to work somewhere vibrant, creative and full of life with a strong culture and values, apply now!
