Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP30,500
Location: Torquay

Hours: Fixed term contract, 12 months

HR Advisor - 12month assignment - Torquay.

Proactive HR Advisor required in the Torquay area. Full or part time hours would be considered.

The role will be covering generalist HR support and you will be providing first line professional advice across the business and lead on a variety of HR queries and active cases.

Please note that localised travel will be required and so your own transport is a must.

Start date - ASAP

This is a generalist HR role where you will join a HR team overseeing HR practices within this company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following area:

-Advising and supporting on a variety of HR issues
-Reviewing and updating HR polices
-Recruitment and Retention
-Knowledge of a variety of ER cases
-Experience in dealing with Unions and professional body representatives is essential
-Experience in the public sector would be preferable
-CIPD L5 minimum is essential
