HR Business Partner, Up to GBP60,000 + Strong Blue Chip Benefits, Lovely Blue Chip Company,
9 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Overview on the HR Business Partner Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join an established and well known blue chip organisation in the brighton area. The role will report into the HR Director and work alongside the wider HR Business Partner team to provide support and expertise across the dvision.

Duties:
Supporting our clients busy and fast paced business through a period of change, you will deliver expert advice linked to the people policies that are designed to support our corporate objectives and comply with our clients legislative obligations. You will contribute to the success of the people strategy through the delivery of appropriate, commercially focused advice to ensure desired business outcomes.

Work with relevant HR colleagues to provide proactive HR interventions to the business in line with the business HR strategy

Participate in various projects/restructures taking place across the group and act as project implementation lead

Leading key HR projects and other HR initiatives in collaboration with specialist areas and HRBPs

Identify "people issues" and develop appropriate solutions, drawing on support from internal centres of excellence and HR colleagues e.g. absence management, retention, performance, engagement

Identify, analyse and interpret people related MI for the purpose of influencing business unit plans and effectively implementing the right business solutions

Oversee day to day operational activities including performance and talent management

Provide effective advice and coaching to business stakeholders to drive greater accountability and line management responsibility

As a subject matter expert, provide advice to managers on the implementation of people policies to ensure they are used within both our principles and the spirit of UK employment law

Skills Required:

A proven track record of working within an HR environment.
Strong drive for results, action oriented, and experience of driving HR projects through to completion

Experience of delivering restructure projects is absolutely essential

A thorough understanding of how to successfully manage people through change.

You must have a sound understanding of employment law, generic HR Policies and procedures

Ability to analyse information, recommend pragmatic solutions and commercially focused decisions

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others, able to manage upwards to support company initiatives

Candidate should be qualified to CIPD level 7 or have the equivalent professional experience in a HR Generalist role
