We're looking for a marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone who's comfortable working with a blank sheet of paper and enjoys the planning as well as the delivery. You'll be the pivotal person to develop, test and deliver new products/propositions to market. You need to be a very special individual and someone who's able to get the right balance between creativity and commerciality.

Propositions Manager - Competitive Salary - South West London

THE COMPANY

The role is based in SW London, working for one of the best loved brands in the sector where they've been a key player for over 25 years. The products and services to be launched are all within the HR services arena, experience in this or a related industry is a nice, rather than must have. However you will need previous experience of successfully taking new products/propositions to market.

THE ROLE

As the Product Propositions/Commercial Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

* Defining specific propositions, starting with the customer and working backwards
* Establish what research needs to support the product/propositions development and putting this into place.
* Developing the methodology for assessing different product/propositions and pricing of new services
* Working closely with the finance team to develop the business case including modelling your commercial assumptions.
* Preparation of reports, to include 6, 12, 18, 24 month timetables ready to present to the Leadership Team to secure their support for the development of the product/propositions.
* Identify and work closely with any external suppliers needed to get the product/propositions ready to go to market.
* Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to pull together the marketing plan and launch strategy for the approved products/propositions.

YOU

The Product Propositions/Commercial Marketing Manager will be:

* An experienced marketer who has successfully developed and launched new business propositions within B2B markets.
* Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to confidently present new ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
* A very good listener who is able to adapt their ideas based on feedback/input from others
* Confident enough to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
* Proactive and a self starter who is as comfortable 'thinking' as they are 'doing' - this is a very hands on role.
* Totally at ease working within a digital world.
