Our client, one of London's leading art and design institutions, is looking to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to provide key support within the HR Operations team, for approximately 6 months.
As the organisation's HR Administrator, you will provide overall key administrative support to the wider team and assist with monitoring and updating HR systems, and be the initial point of contact for candidates via email, telephone and face to face. You will assist with the preparation of payroll, including any troubleshooting involved with this. The team is currently working on a number of projects, and your input and assistance with this will be paramount.
To be considered for this post, you must have proven professional HR operations experience in a fast paced environment. You will be naturally driven and have a proactive approach to your work. You should be familiar with recruitment and HR systems, ideally having used iTrent previously, together with excellent IT and communication skills. A high level of accuracy and the ability to work proactively is essential, along with the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly.
