Education Impact Academy Trust is a newly created MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School and sponsoring 2 additional high needs schools through the academisation process.  Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high quality education for 232 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions. Wilson Stuart School have achieved an Outstanding grade in their last 6 Ofsted inspections and in their last 3 inspections, the latest of which was March 2019, they were graded as outstanding in every single aspect of the inspection.

We have the following exciting opportunity:

2 x Level 1 Male Swimming Assistants

Actual starting salary £13,146 (includes BCC Living Wage based on 32.5 hours per week term time only)

We require Male Swimming Assistants to support the students in the water and assist students with personal care when changing.  The role will include some pastoral care so good communication and written skills would be desirable. Applicants will need to be a competent swimmer.
