Part Time – 17.5 hours (working Wednesday afternoons, all day Thursday & Friday)
6 month Fixed Term Contract

We have a temporary opportunity within Property Services for a Housing Assistant to provide an effective and high quality administrative support service to the team.
In this busy role you will carry out a variety of administrative tasks and processes and be the first point of contact over the telephone for all queries from customers, contractors or partner agencies, therefore, you will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively.
We are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. As well as working well within our friendly team, you will work well under your own initiative, have a passion for delivering a first class customer service, and have exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
