We are currently recruiting for an experienced part time administrator to join our Repairs team.
The post holder will be part of a friendly team and will provide an effective, professional administration service to support the delivery of Connect’s Maintenance. They will be working closely with the Customer Service Officer’s (CSO’s) and will report to the Customer and Administration Service Manager.
We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a customer focused administrative role and can work effortlessly in a dynamic working environment. To be successful in this post you must have a flexible approach to work, have excellent attention to detail and be solution focused. You will need to demonstrate a good level in spoken and written Business English and be a proficient user of IT.
Main duties are:
- Processing job sheets
- Invoice matching
- Ensuring contractor completions are up to date
- Raising out of hours works orders
- Raising material order requests
- Chasing material orders
- Producing reports
- Carrying out customer surveys
- Providing cover for the CSO’s
