Happy to Talk Flexible Working

Do you want to join a forward thinking social housing company who want to invest and develop in a career that grows with you?  At Curo we are about people, we want to give every one of our customers the very best service we can.
Curo have been ranked in the top 50 in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to work for in the whole of the UK. We are one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.
Our Compliance and Support team are looking for a positive and dynamic person to join their dedicated team.
What you'll be doing
You’ll have a rolling caseload (on average around 100 cases) of reported anti-social behavior and tenancy breaches.  You will support the customers to prevent legal action and eviction by working with colleagues and other agencies to find solutions to resolve the issues, exhausting all learning interventions and working with communities.
You’ll provide a consistent, customer focused service which will include tackling neighbour disputes, noise nuisance, harassment, domestic violence and hate crime.
More about you
You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative, with great people skills and a can do approach.
You’ll have experience of working with customers to develop relationships, resolve problems and have the opportunity to continue building your experience as part of a close team where talent is recognised and encouraged.
You’ll have great communications skills and be used to working within a busy team, as well as having a methodical, organised approach to a varied workload.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

When and where you'll be doing it
You will be able to work flexibly, 18.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday on a job share basis, based on our customers’ needs.  You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments.
You’ll be based in our Head Office at The Maltings in Bath, however you will need to travel around to visit customers so the ability to travel in BANES and the surrounding areas is important.
What will you get in return?
We think you’ll have a job that makes you feel good about what you’re doing – you will make a difference to our customers’ lives every day.
You’ll get:

  • Additional day annual leave on your birthday
  • 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 after 3 years’ service
  • Opportunity to earn additional performance related pay
  • Company Pension contribution of up to 10%
  • Flexible Benefits including health care, gym membership, additional holiday purchase

Here at Curo we are about getting the right candidate for the right role, however we recognise that as an organisation we are underrepresented in certain areas. Therefore we operate the disability confident scheme to encourage disabled applicants and we welcome applications from candidates who are BAME or LGBTQ+.  We also welcome applications from Curo customers.
