What does the role involve?

As part of the Pool Fleet team you will work together to drive cost savings for our customers, managing a variety of vehicles from the surplus vehicle pool. You will be working with customers and suppliers daily, using your problem solving skills and attention to detail to get the best results for your customers'. This role is one that provides a variety in customers, assets and responsibilities creating a job where no two days are the same.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Arranging vehicle movements
• Effective cost management through reviewing cost estimates
• Ensure all records are updated efficiently and accurately
• Gaining updates on status of vehicle repair/refurbishment to report back to the customer

What are we looking for?

You love using your own initiative and have the customer's best interest in mind. You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, we're looking for the following skills and experience:

• Strong problem solving skills
• Comfortable to challenge effectively
• MS Office experience, Excel in particular
• Excellent customer service skills
