Our highly performing Operational Contact Centre are looking to expand with additional recruits! We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join a table topping team.
Providing 24/7 emergency water supply service to our customers, you the successful candidate will work on the phones and via email to ensure a fantastic customer experience. You will liaise with the Operational teams and play a large part within the business. If successful, you will work on shift patterns between 7am-8pm Monday-Sunday.
As a customer-centric individual, you will have a passion for people and help support all incoming enquiries. Working in a team of 30, this is a lively environment for you to commence a strong career at Affinity Water.
