Position Description

Otis are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Technical Sales Consultant who shares our passion and who wants to specialise in selling Lift Modernisation Projects within the Central England region.

The key role objectives will include:
- Price, quote and sell lift modernisation projects to an agreed target within the Central England region
- Work with the local Service Operation / Branch in particular the Area Sales Consultants and Field Managers
- Share opportunities and keep customers informed as a collective local team
- Maintain relationships with Customers and Lift Consultants
- Ensure modernisation or lift replacement opportunities are quoted in a timely and professional manner
- Work towards set, clear objectives and targets
- Be an advocate of the Otis brand

Required Experience

You will be a talented and engaging Sales Professional who has a proven track record in maximising both revenue returns and customer satisfaction within the lift industry / allied technical sector.

Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation, you will be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the Customer has any day-to-day issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI and revenue targets are achieved.
