Position DescriptionOtis is enjoying further major project wins and we are proud to help deliver multi-million pound, complex lift installations within High Rise construction projects of iconic buildings within the UK.

We are now seeking talented Project Managers to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume installation / construction projects within the M4 Corridor, South Coast and Channel Islands regions. Because of this we are looking for candidates that live within the Portsmouth / Bournemouth / Exmouth / Bath / Swindon or Basingstoke regions. The role will involve travel throughout the regions.
You will have the opportunity to work on key sites with leading edge technology
To be considered you will ideally have a proven track record of successfully delivering technical installation Projects within the Lift / Construction / M E / Engineering industry.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk,
Defining project objectives, forecasting, undertaking effective day to day management of the project and ensuring that the project runs to time and budget by taking P L responsibility whilst also delivering operational performance excellence,
Customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability.

A highly effective, confident communicator, who can be assertive when required and who also understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.
You will be commercially astute with the ability to maximise profitable revenue and be able to deliver results in a customer facing capacity where long term relationship building is key. You will be highly organised, IT literate and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organisation.
