Due to further growth, Otis is now recruiting an ambitious Service Delivery Manager for our Lifts/Elevators division.
You will proactively manage a portfolio of Otiss key commercial customers within London.
You will bring a commercial, professional approach to the area, ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered, whilst adhering to all safety procedures, managing a small team of Lifts/Escalator Service Engineers.
In this varied field based role, you will have management responsibility across a wide range of areas quality, safety, budgetary, people, customer and service delivery.
This could be a superb opportunity for someone within the lift industry who has supervised a small team and is now seeking their first management role. Alternatively, you may be a proven people manager, possessing first class customer facing service delivery skills, looking to move in to the fast-paced, dynamic Lift Escalator industry. It would be preferable that you have a background in building services, facilities management, construction or retail management.
As the Service Manager, you will need to be highly IT literate in order to respond at pace to customer queries, provide the metrics required by the business and generate the necessary reports
You will be a highly effective communicator, who can be assertive when required and who understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.
We are interested in hearing from Services Managers, Field Managers, Operations Managers, Facilities Managers and Service Supervisors who can demonstrate evidence of managing, coaching and motivating teams.
