Position Description

As a leader in our field here at Chubb Community Care we're looking to add a Project Engineer to our Midlands based operation. This is a key role to us in 2019 and as such we're looking for a Project Engineer with excellent industry experience (Warden Call, Nurse Call).
Working closely with the Operations Manager you will co-ordinate and manage the day to day site activities and be responsible for all project changes. Managing sub-contractors during the installation phase and assist with commissioning you will be recognised as an industry expert in Warden Call, Nurse Call, Access Control and CCTV. Proactively involved in supporting the Operations Manager throughout the duration of the project you will maintain accurately detailed daily site diary of site conditions, progress and the resources available to undertake the work activities throughout the construction phase

This role would suit a Senior Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineer based in the following locations including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Nottingham, West Bromwich, Walsall, Stoke, Derby.

Required Experience

Key Experience

Experience in working both independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
Experience of integrated security solutions; to include Warden Call, Nurse Call, CCTV, Access Control of Chubb third Party Products including Tunstall, Tynetec, Intercall
Must be flexible in work location as projects are located throughout the UK
Travel is an essential part of this role, as is regular and prolonged periods based on a site so ability to stay away from home during the working week is required
Must be able to assess information, evaluate solutions and devise appropriate course of action
Must have good communication skills in both verbal and the use of written English language

Qualifications

Electronic Engineering or M E related discipline.
Registered CSCS/ ECS or SKILL card holder of a relevant grade.
UK Full Driving Licence
Experience in a site engineer capacity, including all aspects of project delivery, process development and delivery
Sound IT Skills and experience of WIFI Networking
SC Security Clearance will be required
