Position Description

Toshiba are now seeking to recruit a BMS / Control Systems Engineer to support our customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Working out of our Plymouth branch, you will be part of a team of 12 and will report to the Senior Engineer, resolving queries remotely wherever possible. However, on occasion you will be required to travel to customer sites throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa to fulfil the commitments of the role.

Required Experience

Your main responsibilities will be:

To support customers with all controls related pre sales (recommending solutions) and post sales (fixing problems) enquiries, trouble shooting, replicating/testing and resolving issues with BMS control systems.
Responsible for the smooth introduction of design projects from concept to market.
Development of unique controls systems and solutions for specific demands of EMEA using software / protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks or KNX / EIB
You will also be required to train customers on controls products and applications, as well as assisting with the occasional on-site start-up as and when required.
You will be responsible for the presentation of Toshiba controls products to key EMEA customers.
