Finance Analyst - Utilities - Edinburgh

RZ Group are working with one of Scotland's largest utility providers, who have an exciting opportunity available to join a finance team within the clients set up. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to grow their experience in both billing and customer service.

The main responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:

- Preparing and issuing invoices to the affected customers in line with monthly deadlines
- Investigating disputes by liaising between the affected customer and the relevant team within the business
- Dealing with queries either by telephone or email

In order to be considered for this role, candidate are required to have the following skills/experience:

- Experience of dealing with customers
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Numerate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
