Talent Reach are delighted to be partnering with this very well established & highly reputable, UK wide, financial services business as they seek a Trainee Paraplanner to join their growing company. As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will be joining this organisation at a very exciting time as they have enjoyed a period of growth through acquisition and are focused on continued future business growth moving forward.
The Role:
Reporting to the Advisor Support Manager, your traineeship will see you spend time in various departments to gain a full & thorough knowledge of all aspects of advice & review processes, including valuations, new business & compliance.
As Trainee Paraplanner you can expect to carry out a very wide range of tasks & activities...eg.
• collation all required information to be given to a client
• preparation of correspondence which includes compiling suitability letters, reports, investment valuations and spread sheets all in accordance with company philosophy & house rules
• Accurately preparing documents such as Investment Review, Portfolio Re-Balancing, Pensions investments & reviews, Personal/Business Assurance Cove
• Conducting research in order to make the most accurate and beneficial recommendations for clients
• Researching Investments for High Net Worth clients including Inheritance Tax Planning
• Checking and processing of new business cases
• Checking policy documentation and ensuring in house systems are fully and accurately updated
• Liaising with Life, Investment and Pensions companies to gather information, accurately input into Wealthpro

Skills and Experience Required:
• knowledge of the Financial Services industry and markets

• Work towards obtaining CII Diploma level qualified as a minimum
