Talent, Learning and Leadership Consultant

Key to our business success is the role of Talent, Learning and Leadership Consultant. You will take ownership of talent and learning priorities, ensuring the right solutions are put in place to improve the performance of our people and the company results . The role offers a dynamic blend of consulting, design and delivery across the UK and scope to apply your specialist skills at a global level.

This is a critical, high profile, high impact role; the engine behind the Learning & Leadership Structure. You'll partner with a range of stakeholders across the business, up to and including Regional Board where you'll need to be comfortable operating at pace and with complexity.

You'll be motivated by being:

?? An evidence-based thought leader, utilising and questioning published points of view, delivering sessions along-side leaders and building talent and learning solutions to improve business perfromance

?? A practice area expert in a specific area of talent, learning & leadership with a track record of developing plans to grow capability

?? A trusted advisor to stakeholders providing compelling advice and plans to build people capability; translating strategy and business direction in to action

?? A partner across HR; supporting and enabling colleagues to drive a learning and performance culture

?? Commercially oriented and adept at developing and building innovative learning solutions


?? Experience of complex matrix organisations and able to demonstrate ability to partner, influence and positively challenge business leaders and stakeholders across HR

?? Strong performance consulting capability; able to surface underlying factors that influence performance and prepare business cases for action

?? Strong track record of learning design, delivery and evaluation of sustained impact in driving business transformation and growth

?? Able to design complex interventions utilising diverse methods and channels with advanced facilitation skills ensuring skilful adaption to changing situations

?? Able to objectively evaluate new ideas and approaches and determine a clear, accessible point of view but equally able to listen to others and accept alternative approaches

?? Actively learns from others who have a different perspective to enrich learning outcomes

?? Technical expert in one of the following; talent and or performance management, human behaviour/understanding, management, leadership and learning theory and practice, Agile theory and practice.
