Permanent Full Time Role

We are looking for an Environmental Services Assistant (1 post) to join our Environmental Services team.
Reporting to the Environmental Services Team Leader you will provide support to the Environmental Services team by performing general administrative duties, including but not limited to: scanning and indexing, data input, post management, key management, petty cash management, invoice management, surveys, questionnaires and mail merges.
You will ensure up to date information relating to environmental services contracts, compliance and risks and development of appropriate data management systems accurately recording all standards and inspection regimes. You will work with the Contact Centre and other internal service areas to deliver joined up customer service. Review performance information and constantly assess the operation with service improvements in mind.
In order to be successful you will have experience of delivering customer service and have the ability to prioritise and manage own workload as well as meet deadlines and achieve targets. You will have experience of partnership working and working as part of a team. You will be able to follow set policies and procedures and have Microsoft Office skills to intermediate level.
