Salary: £22,034 - £23,346

Hours: Full time

Contract: Temporary (to cover maternity leave)

This role is one which really can help shape the lives of our learners though raising their awareness of the ‘next step’ opportunities available to them.  Working, predominantly with younger learners, on the whole range of programmes and apprenticeships, you’ll provide advice and guidance, always with their best interests at heart.  You will help to deliver an outstanding service of advice and guidance on internal progression, career pathways and employability, through a range of packages and face to face opportunities.

You will need to be dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic and highly personable.  You’ll also be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with students, parents, internal and external colleagues. You will be part of a small evolving team who enjoy the respect of professionals, pupils and parents for their integrity and level of service. The role will require you to be able to work flexibly, including some evenings at college events.

If you feel you can make a real difference to the lives of our learners and support the college to, appropriately, promote learning opportunities, we look forward to hearing from you.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Wednesday 3rd July 2019.

Interviews will be held in Exeter on Tuesday, 16 July 2019.
