Full Time (Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm and Fri 8am-3.30pm)

They help their customers stay in their homes comfortably, so they can live the life they choose.  Social housing and their social impact are at the heart of what they do, they care about their customers living in their communities.
They are currently seeking a Service Control Administrator to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include progressing maintenance repairs through the invoice process, administering callout jobs and raising follow on works. You will also liaise with customers to reschedule works and monitor open jobs on the WIP (works in progress) dashboard.
The successful candidate will have experience of administration and customer service and will be a confident user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. It is essential that you are a strong communicator who can liaise effectively at all levels and you will have great attention to detail with the ability to work methodically. Excellent organisational skills are a must, enabling you to prioritise and multi-task.
