Global Project Manager (Patient Recruitment)
A global company based in West London is currently looking to recruit a Global Project Manager (Patient Recruitment) to join their team on permanent basis. Your main focus will be to managing client projects and work with multiple stakeholders, clients, operational teams, product owners, developers and quality assurance to make sure that the project is delivered on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working on development and implementation of the plans in terms of the projects
  • Solving any problems related to the projects, managing the risk and issues and making sure that it will be delivered on time
  • Keeping up to date project plans, risk mitigation plans and budgets for the project
  • Ability to lead the discussions, make the decisions and solve the conflicts related to project
  • Analysing the inflection points of projects and take the correct action
  • Understanding clients and stakeholders needs
  • Managing the budgets
  • Advising other team members
  • Managing multiple projects and prioritise the workflow in the moist efficient way
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree educated
  • Previous experience in running global clinical trials projects
  • Reliable and driven personality
  • Understanding all Phases I - IV of clinical trials
  • Previous experience with managing the client and stakeholder relationship
  • Excellent attention to details and organisational skills
  • Ability to explain the issue in the understandable way and present the solution
  • Open and driven personality
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative in finding solutions
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience in planning, proposing and managing the budget
