Are you interested in all things digital and like to keep abreast of new trends and developments? Do you have a genuine passion for data driven campaigns? We're seeking an expert digital marketer with at least three to four years performance driven digital marketing experience to join TopCashback's marketing team. You'll be involved in developing TopCashback's multi-channel communication strategies and will work across several different areas including working with influencers, large media partners, social media, mobile marketing and affiliate marketing. You will have experience of working with large agencies, negotiating with large and small media partners, and an indepth working knowledge of large scale social media campaigns.
We need an all-star digital marketer who will enthuse about optimising and building top-notch marketing campaigns.
The Marketing team is responsible for the new member acquisition marketing of TopCashback across all marketing mediums including email marketing, online marketing, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media, TV, Radio and OOH..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with an existing portfolio of influencers and direct partnerships to proactively grow the campaigns within agreed ROI targets.
* Work with media partners and networks to optimise delivery and campaign performance.
* Research and test new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, influencer campaigns etc..
* Run, optimise and report on large scale social media campaigns with media partners.
* Analyse partner performance on a daily basis, maximise and identify opportunities.
* Investigate under-performing campaigns; strategise improvements and where necessary take action.
* Build and manage strong relationships with networks, media partners and influencers
* Work to implement tracking, testing, and other technological integration with existing systems.
* Work within current advertising law, GDPR and contract law.
THE INDIVIDUAL / PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* At least three to four years' experience in digital performance marketing to include large scale social media campaigns, app marketing - including with third parties, affiliate marketing, partner marketing campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programmes.
* Educated to degree level with a strong passion for marketing and a full understanding of the marketing mix.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail. Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Cake...
* Advanced Excel and numerical skills.
* Proven experience of running large scale direct response social media campaigns.
* Proven experience of recruiting large scale publishers to work on cost per action / fixed fee campaigns.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - including presenting and reporting
* Strong people and partnership management skills, with ability to conduct confident and productive external meetings.
