Assistant Manager/Senior Hire Controller
Job Type: Full-time
Help establishes project strategy by negotiation and finalising
hire contract requirements; discovering and validating business
& technical requirements; advising clients regarding potential
equipment hire solutions; developing proposals; defining service levels
Assembles project resources by forming a delivery team;
achievement of financial targets & coordinating support services.
Accomplishes hire target objectives by seeking and developing
our new client base and monitoring new account project progress; managing team and individual contributions; conducting implementation reviews; preparing and completing action plans; tracking hire enquiries; examining delivery processes, researching and resolving or escalating client issue; productivity, quality and customer service standards
Validates project solutions by establishing and measuring quality
of the supply and delivery process.
Manages client expectations by building and expanding personal
relationships; preparing management reports.
Reduces costs and increases serviceability by identifying best
practices forwarding information systems solutions to Senior Management team.
The ideal candidate will be able to work alone as well as be a
team player. Be well organised & a forward planner. Be able to
use own initiative & problem solving, also an excellent
Communicator, face to face & on the telephone.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 07.30 to 17.30, with
Saturday working rota, hours 08.00 – 12.00.
