An exciting opportunity has arisen to practice and learn on the job to become fully qualified Environmental Officer to join the Technical/Quality Team at Cotteswold Dairy. About the Trainee Environmental Officer role
We are currently looking for self-starter and passionate individual to start their Environment Officer career path, eventually to take responsibility for the company environmental strategies and developments to meet legislation requirements.
As a support role to the Technical Manager, the Trainee Environmental Officer role includes:
- Coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy.
- Implementing, monitoring and developing an environmental control programme to meet company environmental permit (IPPC).
- Liaising with relevant bodies such as local authorities, public bodies and industry parties.

Our ideal Trainee Environmental Officer
You will have Environmental (IPPC) introductory theoretical background with passion to learn and put knowledge to practice working towards producing, implementing and auditing company environmental policies to meet current legislation.
