My client based in Bridgwater are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their Property Management team on an initial 6-month contract.
This role includes supporting the surveying team and Health and Safety Advisor with updating and maintaining records relating to compliance; data inputting; compliance record keeping; liaising with external contractors; keep accurate and detailed records, using excel.
To be successful in this position you will have strong IT skills, including excel; good time management; be reliable and work well under pressure. A background in construction or compliance is desirable.
