Graduate Delegate Sales Executive

GBP22,000 - GBP23,000 (flexible depending on achievements)

Uncapped monthly bonus - Y1 OTE GBP45,000, Y2 OTE GBP60,000

HQ, Queen Square, Bristol + some international travel

US team working hours - (Mon-Thur 12pm-7pm) and (Friday 8.30am-5pm)

Due to growth we are looking for 5 bright, articulate, career-driven professionals to join our summit delegate acquisition team at the end of June. Due to the training programme provided previous B2B sales is not required.

Sales Executive - Role Purpose

The role principally provides networking and benchmarking opportunities with tailored solutions to SVP and C-Level executives of Blue-Chip/ Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries and regions. Specifically, your role is to speak with those decision makers about their priority projects and communicate our capability to directly match their projects to solution providers, based on our unique market and sector intelligence gained through our events.

As Sales Executive you will manage the entire sales process from initial client contact through post-sale follow up. You will identify and engage solely with the most senior executives from Blue-Chip/ Fortune 500 size organisations across the world, prospecting through outbound sales efforts using phone, email, LinkedIn and other marketing sources.

When speaking with SVP and C-Level executives it's vital to have researched who they are and what they are trying to achieve within their given market. Providing insightful marketing services/ connection recommendations means you need to be at the forefront of their markets, customers, products to ensure successful fulfilment.

You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our products and the verticals and horizontals GDS Group operates across, researching your markets to understand the issues driving each industry in order communicate them to senior executives

What does the role require?

  • Bachelors degree (2.1 or higher)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; be comfortable liaising confidently over the phone and via email to C-Suite
