A well established and successful commercial & industrial buildings fit-out and maintenance company based in Wolverhampton, are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Fit-Out Contracts Manager to join their Midlands Office on a permanent contract.

Experience the business requires you to have for this Commercial Fit-Out Contracts Manager position includes:
- Ideally 5 years' + Contracts Management experience in the Commercial Property Fit-Out and/or Refurbishment sectors (or similar)
- HND or NVQ Level 3 qualification in a Construction or related subject
- Previous experience working in a commercial/industrial fit out and maintenance environment
- Excellent client facing skills
- Capable of client management and development
- Responsible for implementation and monitoring of health & safety systems
- Ability to take "ownership" clients' portfolios to deliver their requirements on time, to budget and to the desired standard of finish requested
- Excellent communication skills at all times, both in writing, over the phone and in person
- Supply chain management capabilities
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK to client sites when required
Your duties in this Commercial Fit-Out Contracts Manager position will include:
- You will travel throughout the UK to visit clients and sites as a main point of contact
- Managing the client relationship and developing work opportunities
- You will be providing consistent communication to all parties throughout the project
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and contractors to keep projects moving to deadlines
- You will be responsible for overseeing material and equipment procurement
- Scheduling the supply chain
- Management of Sub-Contractors
- Reporting to Directors / Board Level Personnel
