The Role
We are looking for a Clinical Engagement Implementation Manager to join us. This role is homebased with regular travel and will cover East of England & London
Using your clinical practice expertise,the role has responsibility for engaging with clinicians and NHS Trusts to implement savings opportunities through effective procurement initiatives
  • Build and manage effective relationships with clinicians within NHS organisations
  • Provide project leadership and support, ensuring the delivery of quality services that represent best value.
  • Ensuring the clinicians' "voice" is heard when specifications are made for products and services
  • Work with clinicians to make sure best value products and services are being used in day-to-day services.
  • The CEIM will represent our Category Teams in London & East - Rehabilitation, Disabled Services, Women's Health & Associated Consumables inc. Bowel management
  • Lead on product evaluations, inputting into product specifications as necessary
  • Participate in and develop own clinical forums and networks to ensure CPP is appropriately represented and engaged in best practice and up-to-date thinking on products and services
  • Produce and update project documentation including status reports, ensuring key documentation is up-to-date
Who you are
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability quickly gain credibility with clinicians due to your clinical practice experience
  • At least 2 years' experience of procurement/sales/business development within a non-invasive clinical product arena
  • Experience in clinical practice is essential, knowledge of Rehabilitation, Disabled Services, Women's Health would be an advantage
  • Have a network of contacts within the clinical products industry or within clinical settings eg NHS Trusts
  • Experience of managing projects, exposure to the end to end project life cycle or managing substantial parts of the project life cycle.
  • Willingness to travel, you will already be a car driver
  • Good understanding of your geographical area
  • A self-motivated individual, comfortable with managing own diary and working remotely
  • Confident with great energy and an engaging manner
