You will be working with the world's number one recruitment agency in the world. Sitting with a tenacious and motivated team to deliver candidates into the Business/Office support industry. You will be tasked with searching and qualifying candidates to place into permanent positions across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Job Title: Resourcer

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 + bonus + flexible benefits

Location: Birmingham, B3 2PB.

Determination to succeed. You will be working either on an account or alongside a senior recruitment consultant, who will be relying on you to deliver top quality candidates that have been properly vetted and are suitable for the role and market you are working. Typically, if you have worked in a sales environment before or have experience in phone-based customer service role, then a role in recruitment could be exactly what you are looking for.
